 As a reminder to all residents and owners in Summerfield Village, please submit your plans or ideas about external property modifications to the SFV Design Review Board (DRB) BEFORE paying for elaborate designs or making deposits. Per Article VI, Section B of our deed restrictions, submission of an Architectural Modification form for review and approval/rejection by the DRB is a mandatory requirement before ANY construction can begin. 

Plus, any project that involves concrete pouring typically requires a permit to be obtained from Orange Township. Please let the DRB guide you when planning to make external modifications, such as: Roof replacement, concrete driveway, concrete/masonry patios, house siding, and sheds. Many of these changes may require or limit specific colors, specific materials, sizes, types of construction and specific installation requirements.  See also SVHOA Standards for more guidance.
