Ways to Pay Annual HOA Dues in 2026
The due date for 2026 Annual HOA dues of $550 per home is March 31, 2026. Pick a payment method that works best for you. Avoid any additional transaction fees when selecting pay via check or pay via Zelle options.
1) To pay by check, make check payable to: Summerfield Village HOA

2) To pay via Zelle (NO card or processing fee) by 3/31/2026:
- Login to your online bank account and go to Zelle payments
- Start a new Send request

- Enter in Memo field (when prompted) = 2026 Annual HOA dues and your street address

Making late payment for 2026 annual dues and prior years

The maximum time allowed to make payment of annual HOA dues without late fees and interest is normally 10 days from the due date. Payments received after April 10, 2026 are subject to a $25 late fee. Monthly interest of 1% on the unpaid balance will also be assessed for payments not received in full within 30 days of the due date.

The Summerfield Village HOA is responsible for collecting annual assessments (HOA dues) from HOA members every year. When unable to collect what is legally owed to the HOA, the HOA hires legal counsel to pursue judgments in favor of the HOA and file Liens to collect outstanding balances due to the HOA.
