Making late payment for 2024 annual dues and prior years
annual dues with late fees and interest
The maximum time allowed to make payment of annual HOA dues without late fees and interest is normally 10 days from the due date,. However, special consideration was given this year to extend the grace period to end on May 1, 2024 (31 days in total).
To make payments of past due annual HOA dues that may also include late charges, interest, collection fees and legal costs, please contact our Treasurer, Bob Ruhlman, via email at svhoatrustees@gmail.com.
LIEN ACTIONS & NOTIFICATIONS
The Summerfield Village HOA is responsible for collecting annual assessments (HOA dues) from HOA members every year. When unable to collect what is legally owed to the HOA, the HOA hires legal counsel to pursue judgments in favor of the HOA and file Liens to collect outstanding balances due to the HOA.
