Ways to Pay Annual HOA Dues in 2025
The due date for 2025 Annual HOA dues of $550 per home is March 31, 2025. Pick a payment method that works best for you. When paying with a card, an additional card processing fee of $20 is included in the online payment total. Avoid any additional transaction fees when selecting pay via check or pay via Zelle options.
1) To pay by check, make check payable to: Summerfield Village HOA

2) To pay via Zelle (NO card or processing fee) by 3/31/2025:
- Login to your online bank account and go to Zelle payments
- Start a new Send request
- Check the box to send to a business
- Enter business name = Summerfield Village HOA
- Enter email address = svhoatrustees@gmail.com
- Enter payment amount = $550
- Enter in Memo field (when prompted) = 2025 Annual HOA dues and your street address
- Complete remaining steps (6 digit verification code is sent to your phone)

Pay your 2025 HOA dues (due on March 31, 2025; grace period through April 10, 2025)
When paying online, the total payment is $570 which includes the annual HOA dues of $550 per homeowner + $20 card processing fee.
Making late payment for 2025 annual dues and prior years

The maximum time allowed to make payment of annual HOA dues without late fees and interest is normally 10 days from the due date. Payments received after April 10, 2025 are subject to a $25 late fee. Monthly interest of 1% on the unpaid balance will also be assessed for payments not received in full within 30 days of the due date.

LIEN ACTIONS & NOTIFICATIONS
The Summerfield Village HOA is responsible for collecting annual assessments (HOA dues) from HOA members every year. When unable to collect what is legally owed to the HOA, the HOA hires legal counsel to pursue judgments in favor of the HOA and file Liens to collect outstanding balances due to the HOA.
